School Support Specialist

The Expedition School (ranked #9 charter elementary in NC by U.S. News & World Report) is seeking a School Support Specialist to provide strong behind-the-scenes support that keeps our school running smoothly and a great communicator that can share the amazing things happening.

What You'll Do:

• Manage student information and records in Infinite Campus
• Process enrollment, transfers, and student data with accuracy
• Maintain school systems, databases, and Google Workspace tools
• Support daily operations, including reception, facility & classrooms
• Take a lead with family engagement events, fundraisers, and volunteers
• Create and coordinate communications, including calendars and social media
• Provide staff support with curriculum resources and appreciation events

What We're Looking For:

• Extremely tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• Experience with spreadsheets, Google Workspace and social media platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Friendly people person, and helpful with parents, students, and staff
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment

• Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-3:45 PM
• Includes 3 additional paid evening hours per quarter
