Middle and High School Teachers

Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including physical education, algebra, literacy education, and more
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Offer academic advising and guidance to students regarding their educational goals and career aspirations
- Provide individual or group tutoring sessions to support students who need additional help
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to coordinate curriculum development and ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, diversity, and cultural understanding
- Serve as a mentor to students, offering guidance and support in both academic and personal matters
- Utilize library services and resources to enhance students' research skills and promote a love for reading

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area(s)
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
- Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment strategies
- Strong mentoring and leadership abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning
